We may verify age, identity, or eligibility before shipping.

Street Address

Eligible physical addresses in the contiguous U.S. only.

Ground Shipping

UPS or FedEx Ground; adult signature may be required.

1. Purchaser Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to buy ammunition from Terminal Pursuit. This is our store policy, and it applies even where state or local law sets a lower minimum age.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are legally permitted to purchase and possess the products you order.
  • Your purchase and its delivery comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
  • You are not buying for, or on behalf of, anyone who is prohibited from purchasing or possessing ammunition.

2. Verification

  • We may ask for age, identity, or other eligibility documents before we accept or ship your order. Please provide accurate information and follow our instructions.
  • Do not send a copy of your ID by regular email or through our contact form unless we have directed you to an approved, secure process.
  • If we cannot verify your eligibility, or cannot lawfully fulfill your order, we will cancel it and refund your payment in full or void the unsettled payment.

3. Destinations We Do Not Serve for Ammunition

We do not ship ammunition to:

  • P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, U.S. territories, or international addresses
  • Any destination where delivery would violate applicable law
This list shows destinations our store does not serve. It is not a statement that buying ammunition is unlawful in those places. A destination not on this list is still subject to buyer eligibility, product restrictions, applicable law, and carrier delivery services, so we cannot guarantee every order to it can be filled.

4. Delivery Requirements

  • Orders must ship to an eligible physical street address.
  • Ammunition ships by ground service only (UPS Ground or FedEx Ground), as described in our Shipping Policy.
  • An adult aged 21 or older may be required to sign for delivery.
  • All ammunition orders shipping to Colorado require adult-signature delivery.

5. Returns and Cancellations

  • You may cancel an order for a full refund any time before it ships.
  • Ammunition sales are final once shipped, except for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped products, or where applicable law gives you other rights.
